How and why to microdose THC and CBD

Microdosing cannabis (whether or not it contains THC) can be a great way to experience the benefits of weed without the high or drowsiness. For those who want a “kick-start” in their day or are dealing with minor aches and pains (period, rheumatism, etc.) but don’t want to experience the psychological effects associated with consumption, this is definitely a smart choice.
The theory of microdosing, based on taking small amounts of a “drug” to improve health and creative thinking without side effects, is usually applied to mushrooms and other psychedelics. But that doesn’t mean it can’t be applied to cannabis with THC or CBD.
Microdosing cannabis means taking the lowest effective dose of weed every day or two or three times a week, almost like a drug. Ideally, after taking a small amount of weed, you can feel the same sense of mental uplift that comes with more extensive use. Those in creative professions or entrepreneurs may find their ability to find solutions to problems that once seemed insurmountable is increased.
Taking a lot of cannabis inevitably causes the loss of the ability to concentrate effectively. No one could get to work or perform delicate tasks while high. But those who take microdoses do it precisely to work better: a very decisive change of perspective.
